Implementation of the Project in EPC Mode Includes the modification of the connection line scheme with the old HC-E-66 interchange, encompassing detailed engineering design, civil construction works, mechanical systems, and instrumentation & control (I&C).
The phenol manufacturing process consists of a fractionation area, where a new reactor is installed in parallel to an existing one. The works carried out are: general studies, detailed engineering of civil works, detailed engineering of mechanical piping, detailed engineering of electricity, detailed engineering of instrumentation and permitting.
The project involves the installation of a new exchanger (RZ-E-207) downstream of the current RZ-E7, for cooling the gas stream. The exchanger uses an intermediate closed circuit of ethylene glycol, cooled by a new cooling unit. This unit will use cryogenic fluid ammonia. The project includes the execution of civil works, electricity, implementation of new instrumentation and new lines associated with this new equipment.
Basic engineering, detailed engineering, basic safety study, permitting, technical management, construction supervision and cfo of the rz-100 benzene recovery project in a refinery
Detailed engineering, installation project, start-up of new l-3 fractionation reactor (h1307)
EPC project for the modification of the layout of the HC-E-66 FC-17/14 connection lines
